2. What data we process and why
a) E-mail contact
When you write to us at office@acmm.de or poradnik@acmm.de, we process your e-mail address, your name (if provided) and the content of your message — solely to answer your enquiry and, where applicable, to prepare an offer. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest — communication with prospective clients).
b) Server log files
Each time you visit the website, the server automatically records: IP address, date and time of the request, the sub-page accessed, browser type and operating system. This data is used to ensure the security and stability of the service (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR) and is neither combined with other data nor used to identify visitors.
c) Cookies
The website uses only technically necessary cookies of the WordPress system (e.g. for the administrator login). We do not use marketing, analytics or profiling cookies, and no tracking tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Meta Pixel) are employed.
d) Google Fonts
The website uses Google Fonts loaded from Google servers. When the page loads, your browser connects to Google servers (Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC, USA), which involves the transmission of your IP address. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest — a consistent, legible presentation of the website). More information: https://policies.google.com/privacy.
3. Recipients of the data
Data is processed on the servers of our hosting provider: cyber_Folks S.A., based in Poznań (Poland) — servers located within the European Union. Apart from the case described in point 2 (d) (Google Fonts), we do not transfer your data to third countries or international organisations.
4. Retention period
We keep e-mail correspondence for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry, and subsequently for the limitation period of any potential claims. Server logs are automatically overwritten in cycles determined by the hosting provider.
5. Your rights
You have the right to: access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict its processing, data portability and to object to processing. A message to office@acmm.de is sufficient.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. The authority competent for the controller is the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw (uodo.gov.pl). You may also contact the supervisory authority competent for your place of residence.
6. Voluntary provision of data
Providing your data is voluntary, but necessary to answer your enquiry or prepare an offer.
7. Changes to this privacy policy
This policy may be updated as the website evolves (e.g. after adding a contact form or newsletter). The current version is always available on this page.
